The Beach House Inn

Acquired in 2005 as part of a $35 million investment program in a collection of inns, restaurants, and properties across New England, the Beach House Inn was located in Kennebunk, Maine. It was one of the oldest oceanfront inns in Maine and offered uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Settled in the 1600s and with a long ship-building history, the area is known for its charm and maritime history. The seaside village is located along the ocean and Kennebunk River. The bustling town center features local artisan shops and is a short walk from beaches and boating excursions. It is centrally located and is 30 minutes south of Portland, 30 minutes north of Portsmouth, and 90 minutes from Boston, making it a regional destination.

It was sold in 2018.
