The Orchards Hotel

The Orchards Hotel was acquired in 2012 from the Carlyle Group as part of a $13 million total investment program in a collection of inns, restaurants, and properties across New England.

The property is located in Williamstown, Massachusetts, in the Berkshire Mountains. A major regional destination, it is approximately 140 miles north of New York City and 120 miles west of Boston. It is also five minutes from Williams College, with a shopping center and Williams College Museum of Art within walking distance and accessible from the Albany International Airport.

The hotel was sold in 2024.
